ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the respondent police to execute the non-bailable warrant issued on 01.11.2012 by the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur in CC No.42/2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued on

01.11.2012. After a period of 13 years from the date of issuance of NonBailable Warrant, it cannot be directed to execute the same.

4. Therefore, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted. However, if any fresh warrant is issued as against the accused, concerned jurisdictional Police is directed to act upon the warrant issued by the Trial Court.
