This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant / Insurer seeking to condone the delay of 1334 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant. Despite serving notice on the respondents, there is no representation on behalf of them.

3. Therefore, having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay of 1334 days in filing the above Appeal is condoned subject to the following condition:- The petitioner / appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- as costs to the "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai" on or before 12.11.2019, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
