The petitioner claims herself to be an Engineering graduate and was appointed as Motor Vehicle Inspector Grade - 2 dated 07.02.2005. According to her, she was promoted as Motor
Vehicle Inspector Grade - 1 on 28.10.2010 and further promoted as Regional Transport Officer on 02.08.2021.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent, claiming himself to be an Editor of a journal, has been harassing her and also making defamatory statements putting it out on the public domain. According to the petitioner, she had submitted complaints against the illegal action of the 4th respondent to the authorities concerned, but no action was taken.

The petitioner has also narrated a road accident that happened on 05.09.2021 within her jurisdiction for which there was a news item in the media about the accident insinuating about the negligence of the petitioner. In the said circumstances, the second respondent appears to have issued a memo against the petitioner calling for her explanation and enquiry. Challenging the same, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. According to the petitioner, the memo was issued only on the basis of the news item published in the media and therefore no proper show cause notice has to be issued at all. Except this averment, no other ground is raised in this Writ Petition and no case is made out to entertain this Writ Petition even for a second.
5. The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition as she seems to have a private grievance against the 4th respondent. The Writ Petitioner cannot be allowed to use the constitutional jurisdiction of this Court for settling her personal scores with the private respondent. Even otherwise, on the basis of the factual averments, this Court cannot interfere with the show cause notice issued by the official respondent and in fact, not even one ground is worthy enough to even entertain the Writ Petition and order notice.
6. For the above reasons, this Court finds that this Writ Petition has absolutely without any merits and hence the same is dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
