By consent of the either parties, the writ petition is disposed at the admission stage itself.
2. This petition has been filed seeking to issue a direction to the 1st respondent herein to forthwith execute a sale deed in the name of the petitioner's mother namely Mrs.K.Rajeshwari, the petitioner herein namely K.Linganathan and his sister namely Mrs.S.Nandhini and his brother K.Sathish in respect of the petitioner's house plot situated at door No.155A, Plot No.960, Ko.Su. Mani Street, Periyar Nagar Scheme Area, Vyasarpadi Chennai- 600 039, measuring 0.74.0square meter on considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2024 within a stipulated period of time 2/5

It is the case of the petitioner that originally the allotment of house plot was granted in favour of petitioner's grand mother and even after demise of his grand father and grand mother and on production of NOC from other legal heirs and other relevant documents and on payment of entire dues, the allotment was not made in favour of the petitioner, hence the petitioner submitted a detailed representation dated 07.03.2024 to the respondents, however, no action was taken till date and hence, the present writ petition.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. Mr.G.Sivakumar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents and submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
