This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the second respondent to send the CCTV Hard Disk (DVR-While Color, HIK Vision) for the opinion of the expert and to file a report in P.R.C.No.43 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Erode.
