Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent No.1 to take suitable criminal action as requested in the representation dated 05.10.2017, 2.11.2017 against respondent No.2 as he has misused his official power and created false records in the file of Kolathur police station.

The limited prayer sought for in the present Criminal Original Petition is for a direction to the first respondent to take suitable action against the second respondent as requested in his representation dated 05.10.2017 and 02.11.2017. The grievance of the petitioner seems to be that there are certain illegalities against the second respondent and therefore he sought for criminal action through his representations. 2.It is needless to point out whenever such representation of this nature is made, the authorities concerned is bound to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
consider such representation in one way or the other and cannot keep the same pending indefinitely.
3.In view of the limited prayer sought for, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.10.2017 and 02.11.2017 in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders on its own merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above directions.
