ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1/4

first respondent to file final report in Crime No.17 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the first respondent registered the said case on 12.12.2018, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the first respondent may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four weeks.

5. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
