ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner company to enable the willing workmen, contract workmen, staff, officers and other managerial personnel and customers to enter and exit the factory premises and enable the petitioner to send materials to do job work in third party establishments and receive the same in its factory premises.

Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
