ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in Crime No.443/2011 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is an accused and is required for interrogation in Crime No.443 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police.

4. It is seen that the petitioner is an accused in the above case and once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
