This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 954 days in representing the appeal. It is stated that the delay occurred on account of the pandemic Covid-19 situation.

Satisfied with the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned, subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- by the petitioner to the credit of Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
