ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the judgment and decree dated 23.01.2017 passed by the learned District Munsif, Avinashi, in I.A.No.1092 of 2016 in O.S.No.68 of 2009, thereby dismissing the petition to file additional written statement. 2.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. 3.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the
