Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecution appearing on behalf of the respondent.

The petition is ordered and the delay of 26 days in filing the Criminal Appeal filed against the judgment dated 03.06.2019 in S.C.No.87 of 2015, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same for hearing.
