ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the complaint lodged by the petitioner against the second respondent dated 10.10.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent police have received a complaint lodged by the petitioner and they have taken steps to conduct enquiry and if the cognizance is made out, the case will be registered and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the event of registering the same, the closure of the complaint will be initiated and the same would be intimated to the petitioner.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
