C.M.P.Nos.20031 & 20036 of 2024 in C.M.A.Sr.Nos.111716 & 111715 of 2024 R.HEMALATHA , J This Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 385 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.
2. Though notice was served on the respondent and their name is also printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their behalf.
3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 385 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
4. Registry is also directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
5. It is made clear that for the period of delay of 385 days, the petitioners/appellants will not be entitled for any interest if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
