ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent Police to register a case, on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 15.11.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the complaint was filed on 15.11.2021, no enquiry was conducted by the 2nd respondent Police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner was appeared for enquiry on 22.11.2021 and thereafter, he failed to appear. 3.Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will appear before the 2nd respondent for enquiry on 22.12.2021 along with the documents in support of his complaint, without fail.

4.In view of the above, the 2nd respondent Police is directed to call the counter petitioner and conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner on 22.12.2021. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
