ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 01.02.2023 made in W.P.No.2411 of 2020.

Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Kumaravel, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with. In support of his contention, he has filed the copy of the order passed by the respondent Tahsildar dated 13.12.2021, where the plea of the petitioner having been considered was rejected.

3. As against the said rejection order, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that, the petitioner can prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority viz., Revenue Divisional Officer.
