The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.27600 of 2014 dated 26.09.2016, in and by which, this Court, while disposing of the said Writ Petition, directed the second respondent to consider the petitioner's name for the post of Post Graduate Assistants in Tamil, in accordance with law and with due seniority. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader for respondents, submitted that the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent and the petitioner has been provisionally selected for the post of Post Graduate Assistant in Tamil in GT(G) Turn in the current vacancies vide Rc.No.11446/R5/2019 dated 26.06.2019. Since the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives for further consideration in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
