This petition is filed to condone the delay of 100 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Ms.C.Bhuvanasundari, learned counsel for the petitioner.

All the respondents have been served except respondent 4, who is no more.

Mr.N.S.Suganthan, learned counsel represents respondents 1 to 5.

Though notice having been served and the names and addresses of the respondents 6 and 7 having been shown in the cause-list, none appears.

The delay is only 100 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 100 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
