ORDER

(1) The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that WP.No.15439/2014 filed by the petitioner along with a batch, had been allowed by a learned Single Judge of this Court on 21.09.2017. (2) The present writ petition has been filed primarily seeking declaration of probation and to set aside an order dated 19.09.2016. (3) The learned Special Government Pleader had forwarded instructions, wherein, the respondents had declared the probation of the petitioner and he had also drawn and was paid all material benefits for the post of Senior Inspector.

(4) In view of that particular fact, no issue arises for consideration. (5) The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 13.09.2023 AP Internet : Yes To
