A.No.4615 of 2022 in E.P.No.49 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J The applicant seeks transfer of E.P.No.49 of 2022 to the Commercial Division of this Court.

2. In support of this application, the applicant relies upon the order in M/s.Millenium Steel India Pvt. Ltd. v. Black Burn Fuels Pvt. Ltd in A.Nos.3605, 3606 & 3923 of 2021 in C.S.Nos.401, 403 and 303 of 2017 and E.P.No.69 of 2018 in C.S.No.950 of 2017. The said order was also followed by order dated 12.08.2022 in A.No.3127 of 2022 in E.P.No.14 of 2020.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents is present and has no objection to this application being allowed.

4. In view of the previous orders of this Court holding that execution petitions in commercial disputes should be adjudicated by the commercial division, this application is allowed as prayed for by https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis transferring E.P.No.49 of 2022 to the file of this Court. 1 / 2
