Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order dated 06.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18236 of 2021 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.V.SRIDHARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.BALAJI, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 06.10.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the Kerala Police Station, Palakkad, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 06.10.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
