ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.09.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 25(1B)(b) Arms Act, 294(b), 341, 353 of Indian Penal Code read with Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, in Crime No.874 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others had damaged the defacto complainant car mirror and ran away from the scene of occurrence. Hence, the Law Enforcing Agency registered a case against the petitioner.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has been in jail from 16.09.2021. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation is at initial stage and he further submitted that the there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5. Considering the previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
