Challenging the order passed by the first respondent in A.G.A.No.140 of 2016 and the order dated 03.12.2014 made in G.A.No.54 of 2014 passed by the second respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.The issue is with respect to the payment of gratuity. Even according to the petitioner, the third respondent/workman is entitled for Rs.1,92,912/-. The amount awarded by the official respondents has already been deposited by the petitioner. 3.In such view of the matter, the interim stay already granted is made absolute and the third respondent/workman is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,92,912/-. Accordingly, W.M.P.No.36341 of 2016 stands allowed and W.M.P.No.10276 of 2017 stands disposed of. Post the writ petition for final hearing on 25.10.2017. 09.06.2017
