ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct an investigation in Crime No.1356 of 2020 on the file of 2nd respondent by taking into consideration of complaint of the petitioner dated 18.03.2021 and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner made a representation on 18.03.2021 to the 1st respondent against the accused namely 1) Dayanithi, Son of Viswanathan., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2) Thiyagarajan, Devalapuram Village in Ambur Town disclosing certain facts against them in Crime No.1356 of 2020 and he would seek direction from this Court to file a final report in this case.

4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a copy of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 18.03.2021 to the 1st respondent would be furnished to the 2nd respondent police. The 2nd respondent police on receipt of a copy of the complaint furnished on 18.03.2021, the 2nd respondent police would be considering the same and if any case is made out against the accused, a final report would be filed by them within a period of four (4 months).

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
