Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 264 days in filing the petition to restore the WP.NO.19616/2010 which was dismissal for non prosecution on 26.07.2019(WMP.27788/2021) IN WP.19616/2010

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.CHANDRASEKKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.D.TAMILSELVI, ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Writ Miscellaneous petition is ordered on payment of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) to the legal services authorities, within a period of one week from today.

2. On compliance of the said direction, the Registry is directed to restore the writ petition in W.P.No.19616 of 2010. -sd/- 04/02/2022 / TRUE COPY / Sub Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
