ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.09.2021 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 341, 352, 397 and 392 of IPC, in Crime No.875 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
