This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 244 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent in the above CRP (PD) No. 2527 of 2018. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and gone through the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Satisfying with the same, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
