P.No.1732 of 2019 2.Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has filed the News report published in 'Thina Thanthi', Chennai edition dated 09.03.2021, wherein the Collector has informed the general public that the petitioner Institute has been recognised under National Institutes of open Schooling (NIOS) Scheme and the Institute is permitted to admit students to undergo 'B' and 'C' Scheme, which is equivalent to V and VIII Standard.
