The writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to give adequate police protection to the petitioners for effectively operating and delivering the goods from the Cold Storage godown of the 1st petitioner's company under the name and style of M/s.R.R.Cold Storage Private Limited, at Survey No.140/A, Kattinayanapalli Village and Post, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

Pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2017, the respondents 1 to 3 herein to give effect to the order of this Court in C.R.P.(PD) No.29 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the prayer of the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
