The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents to consider his online application dated 09.08.2023 vide Application.ID.No. 2024/0153/02/031945 seeking issue of patta in respect of land and building situated in Plot No. 485, Door No. 12/1, Old No. 38/1, Vth Trust Cross Street, Mandavelipakkam, Chennai-600 028 comprised in Old R.S.No. 4460 (part) and 4458 (part), New R.S.No. 4436/173, Block No. 98 to an extent of (1425 Sq.Ft.) 3 ares and 34.5 Sq.ft within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the property originally belongs to his grandmother Navaneetham Ammal and she executed a Will bequeathing her interest in the property in favour of petitioner and his brother namely S.Rajkumar. Later, there was a partition between the petitioner and his brother Rajkumar on 04.04.2002 and the petitioner acquired right over the 1425 2/4

Sq.feet of land in the above mentioned property under the partition deed. The petitioner submitted the online application on 09.08.2023 seeking issue of patta in his name and the same has not been considered. Therefore, he is before this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 09.08.2023 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
