The petitioner would seek a mandamus to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 09.07.2024 seeking directions to the second respondent to take control of the State Highways situated at Survey No. 34/2E2. 2.
The petitioner would submit that the petitioner had purchased his property two decades back and was cultivating the land. He has been using the State Highways that abuts his property and this is the ingress and egress to the road. Off late persons like the fifth respondent are attempting to obstruct the petitioner's direct access to the Highways. Since the unscrupulous elements were attempting to stake ownership to the State Highways, he had submitted the representation.

However, the respondents are not taking any action on the same, though the fifth respondent and the likes of him are taking steps to take over the same. 2/4

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the parties and after issuing notice to all parties concerned and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
