This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in para No.6(b), by an order dated 07.02.2023 in Crl.O.P. No.30742 of 2022 in which the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.3 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the each petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.3 of 2022, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
