This Petition has been filed to extend the time for furnishing the surety as per the order in Crl.O.P.No.15250 of 2023 dated 11.07.2023.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Petition, the prayer sought for by the Petitioner deserves to be considered in his favour.

3.Accordingly, time is extended till 18.09.2023 for the Petitioners to furnish the surety as per the order in Crl.O.P.No.15250 of 2023 dated 11.07.2023, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
