This Application has been filed by a third party to the suit seeking to implead himself as the further defendant in the suit.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant had purchased the property which is the subject matter of dispute from the defendants.

3. It is stated that the plaintiff had instituted the suit seeking to set aside the sale deed by one of the vendor of the applicant. It is stated that if that relief is to be considered, then the applicant would be put to much hardship. 4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff to carry out necessary amendment impleading the applicant herein as fourth defendant. After that formality is completed, time is granted for filing written statement of the newly impleaded fourth defendant.
