This matter is listed today, under the caption " for extension of time".

2. This Court, by order dated 01.02.2022, had allowed the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.161 of 2022, by directing the Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore to dispose of the RCOP. No.165/2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The learned Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore, has addressed a letter dated 07.11.2023 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.

4. This Court perused the letter dated 07.11.2023 sent by the learned Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore, and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said RCOP. No.165/2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of six months to the learned Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore to dispose of the RCOP.No.165/2014 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
