(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.S.Ramesh J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 816 days in preferring appeal against the order dated 27.01.2020 made in WP.No.29149 of 2017 pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 816 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed subject to the payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) payable to the second respondent.
