This Petition has been filed to extend the time by two weeks to surrender before the Court in pursuance with order dated 28.07.2023 made in Crl.OP.No.16773 of 2023.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Petition, the prayer sought for by the Petitioner deserves to be considered in his favour.

3.Accordingly, time is extended till 20.09.2023 for the Petitioner to surrender before the Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
