ORDER
This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.220 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police and to file charge sheet before the concerned Court.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the FIR has been registered in the year 2014, till now, the respondent police has not filed charge sheet to proceed the case further and hence, they may be directed to file final report in Crime No.220 of 2014, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 420, 506(i) IPC. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR in crime No. 220 of 2014 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 420, 506(i) IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tindivanam and the same is yet to be taken on file.
4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed. The Judicial Magistrate, Tindivanam is directed to take the final report on file, if it is or otherwise in order.
