(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner, through this Public Interest Litigation, seeks a writ of mandamus directing the Registrar General of the Court to give priority to list of Senior Citizens' Cases. We are informed that as the Senior Citizens Cases are being listed under that caption, and thus, the grievance does not really exist.
2. On hearing the petitioner, appearing in person, it appears that there are some general grievance the petitioner makes about matters which may not have been possibly taken up on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
date, but then that is the result of the number of cases pending and the roster of the Judge concerned.
3.The writ petition is accordingly closed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
