ORDER

The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P No.190 of 2021, filed by the husband seeking divorce, pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai, to the file of the Family Court, Puducherry.

2. The petitioner/wife would submit that she is employed at Puducherry and the distance between her residence and the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai is far, nearly about 125 kms. Further, the petitioner's father is suffering from ill health and she is not having any person to accompany her to Tiruvannamalai. Further being a family Court she has to appear for every hearing.

4.Considering the reasons given by the wife and also taking into account the fact that the wife is residing within the Jurisdiction of the Family Court, Puducherry, the above petition is allowed, accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.190 of 2021, pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai, is transferred to the file of the Family Court, Puducherry.
