PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to issue a direction to directing the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to issue a direction to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioners are accused in Crime No.684 of 2021 registered by the 2nd respondent. He would also submit that the 1st petitioner is arrayed as A6 and the 2nd petitioner is arrayed as A4 in this case.

3. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
