This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10558 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 to stay at Chennai and report before the Esplanade Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10558 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. The petitioner shall appear himself for the medical examination.
