ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii) (b), NDPS Act, 1985 in Cr.Nos.224 of 2021, Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii) (b), and 29(1) NDPS Act, 1985 in Cr.Nos.223 and Sections 8(c), 20(b) (ii)(c), and 29(1) NDPS Act, 1985 in Cr.No. 235 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner was in possession of 1200 g (Cr.No.224/2021), 232 kg (Cr.No.235/2021) and 1200g (Cr.No.223/2021) of Ganja and the same was seized by the respondent Police. He further submitted that this is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances.

3. Considering the fact that the seized Ganja material is huge in volume and further since it is a commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
