This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 08.08.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed and the matter is listed on 02.09.2023 for committal proceedings. Copies under Sec.207 of Cr.P.C also furnished to the petitioner/accused.

3. Taking note of the said submission, the condition imposed on this petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30. a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
