The writ miscellaneous petition is filed praying to amend the cause title of the 3rd respondent as the Village Administrative Officer, Pallipatti Revenue Village, Pallipatti Mettur Taluk, Salem District instead of the Village Administrative Officer, Mallikundam Revenue Village, Mallikundam-636 458, Mettur Taluk, Salem District and also the location of the property situated at Pallipatti Revenue Village instead of Mallikundam Revenue Village in W.P.No.20696 of 2025 which has been disposed of vide order dated 16.06.2025.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The counsel for the Respondents does not have any serious objection to the same.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
