ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader, on oral instructions, submits that in S.No.107/1 in Kilikuppam Village, Deveera Alli Post, Damodarhalli, Krishnagiri District, six feet Vandi Pathai (cart track) exists and the authorities have not taken any steps to remove the pathway mark.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
