ORDER

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 93 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 01.12.2021 in Crl.MP.No.482 of 2021 in C.C.No.4/2021 passed by the learned Special Judge of the Special Court for the cases under Prevention of Corruption Act at Chennai.

2.Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Petition.

3.This Petition has been filed with regard to condoning the delay in filing the Revision Petition, against the dismissal of Crl.MP.No.482 of 2021 in C.C.No.4/2021 on 01.12.2021. This Court permitted the learned counsel 2/4

for the Petitioner to withdraw this Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent submitted that C.C.No.4/2021 posted before the Court below on 02.12.2022.

5.In view of the same, the learned Special Judge of the Special Court for the cases under Prevention of Corruption Act at Chennai, is directed to proceed the case, without any further delay.
