(CRIME NO.87/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner should report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30am until further of Charge Sheet passed in Crl.MP.11030/2021 order on 28.10.2021 in Crl.OP.16865/2021 dated 15.09.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.ASUVATHAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16865 of 2021 on 15.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and fifteenth of every month for interrogation on receipt of summons.
