O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No. 30396 of 2018, dated 23.04.2019. However, the Managing Director, Dharmapuri Cooperative Town Bank Ltd., had filed a compliance report, dated 08.01.2022.

2. Thus, if the petitioner is aggrieved from and out of such complaint, he is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum to redress his grievance in the manner known to law. With this liberty, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
