This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 130 days in representing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the order dated 26.09.2023 and made in MACTOP No.7300 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (in the II Court of Small Causes, Chennai).

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 130 days in representing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is condoned.
